You can report suspicious activities and crime by contacting us using the information below. You can also submit a tip electronically. See When to Contact the FBI for more information.
Note: Due to the volume and nature of e-mails we receive, we can only accept e-mails written in English with a complete mailing address. However, we are not able to respond to all e-mails. In an emergency or to provide or receive timely information, please contact this office in person or by telephone. You may also contact any of our resident agencies.

Hours
Although we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our normal “walk-in” business hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you need to speak to a FBI representative at any time other than during normal business hours, please telephone our office at (716) 856-7800 or e-mail us at buffalo@ic.fbi.gov.

Directions
- Take Exit 8 for NY-266/Niagara Street. Turn right at Niagara Street. Travel 0.4 miles on Niagara Street. The FBI building is located on the southwest corner of Niagara Street and South Elmwood Avenue.
