Hours
Although we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our normal “walk-in” business hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you need to speak to a FBI representative at any time other than during normal business hours, please telephone our office at (716) 856-7800 or e-mail us at buffalo@ic.fbi.gov.

Directions

  • Take Exit 8 for NY-266/Niagara Street. Turn right at Niagara Street. Travel 0.4 miles on Niagara Street. The FBI building is located on the southwest corner of Niagara Street and South Elmwood Avenue.
