Customer Management Services

What is Customer Management Services?
Customer Management Services (CMS) is a fsystem established to determine the satisfaction of the Soldiers, Family members, retirees, and civilians who work, train, live, and play on USAG Grafenwoehr. Feedback is solicited from multiple sources such as Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE), community forums, functional surveys, and an annual customer service assessment.

With ICE automatically recording feedback submitted online, the CMS program charts feedback collected from every community forum on the USAG Grafenwoehr Action Tracking Matrix. The analysis of this feedback enables the garrison to focus on specific corrective action that may include improved customer service training, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, or redistribution of resourcing. At the IMCOM level, the system provides an Army wide measure of organizational performance.

Ultimately the goal is to improve performance, readiness, recruiting, and work-life balance while continuously reporting to the community all the actions taken from this information.
