IMPORTANT: Putting extra visa pages in your passport does not require a visit to the Embassy. Please see the instructions above if you prefer to mail your application for extra visa pages to the Embassy for processing. However, if you wish to submit your application to the Embassy in person, you must make an appointment.

If your passport is becoming full, you may apply by mail for additional visa pages.  

Extra pages can only be added to full validity passports.

To obtain additional visa pages, please submit the following:

1. Complete and signed Form DS-4085, Application for Additional Visa pages
2. Your valid ten or five year passport;
3. US$ 82.00/Dkr. 533.00.  For payment made at the Embassy, we accept cash, credit card or Danish kroner checks.  For applications submitted by mail, only Danish kroner checks are accepted.  Checks should be made out to “U.S. Embassy”.
4. If you wish your passport to be sent to you please provide us with a self addressed stamped envelope  with 92 Dkr in stamps.

Processing time: Five Days

The American Citizen Services Window is closed on Wednesdays, and on American and Danish Holidays. You may pay by cash in either U.S. Dollars or Danish Kroner or with a Credit Card.

Frequent travelers should be aware that they can also apply for 52-page passport at the same cost as a regular 24-page passport.
