Training is important for program coordinators to help them understand their role and responsibilities in the GSA SmartPay charge card program. GSA encourages you to learn about your agency’s/organization’s specific charge card program requirements and policies. Additionally, your issuing bank provides an Electronic Access System (EAS) and a program coordinator’s guidebook to help you manage the program. To learn more about these tools, please contact the issuing bank.
