Do you need additional information about the VA Maryland Health Care System or would you like additional information about any of our facilities, programs, and patient care services? If so, then you can submit your request to our Virtual Help Desk Staff (virtualhelpdesk@va.gov) and we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.

Please do not submit personal health care information or personal identification information when submitting a request to the Virtual Help Desk. The Virtual Help Desk will allow you to submit an email directly to the VA Maryland Health Care System to request information about our facilities, programs and patient care services, but please remember that email is not a secure source for sending personal information.
