David Hernandez, former General Manger for AirTrans, Inc., Dyersburg, TN, was convicted in U.S. District Court, Memphis, TN, of making a false statement with respect to driver qualification documents. Hernandez is the third Airtrans, Inc. employee found guilty in this case; two others were previously sentenced. This case is being investigated jointly with the FBI and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
