Mandatory Review Requests

Re-review of withdrawn Presidential textual materials may be requested through the mandatory review declassification provisions of Executive Order 13526.

To request a Mandatory Review for these materials:

Freedom of Information Act Requests

Re-review of documents withdrawn from Federal Records or Presidential Records Act collections may be requested by Mandatory Review or under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
