Petition by a Resident Alien
If you are a permanent resident alien, also known as green card holder, and wish to file an immigrant petition for your spouse or child, you must file the I-130 petition (PDF 51.6 KB) at the USCIS Service Center having jurisdiction in your place of residence in the United States.
