Ambassador Gutman presents his credentials to King Albert II

After presenting his Credentials to King Albert II on August 31, 2009,  Howard W. Gutman has become the new Ambassador of the United States in Belgium.  In June 2009, Howard Gutman was nominated by President Obama to become US Ambassador in Belgium.  His nomination was ratified July 24 2009 by the United States Senate.
