Elements and functions of relocation assistance provided:

In-Processing for Permanent Party Soldier's is conducted at Soldier One Stop, building 3400, (Room 117) on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday at 1300.  During in-processing all Soldier's will receive the following:

 

      1.  TRICARE brief regarding eligibility, services, and how to access care.  TRICARE registration will be completed at this time.

      2.  Patient Administration brief to transfer medical records and ensure medical records are accessible at Kenner Army Health Clinic.  All medical records can be turned-in at this time. 

      3.  Review of MEDPROS requirements and individual instructions to attain 100% fully medically ready. 

      

In-Processing for Students will be coordinated through the school and conducted separate from Permanent Party Soldiers.


Pediatrics offers school physical’s upon arrival, contact the clinic directly at 734-9125, if an appointment is not immediately available you will be issued an appointment slip to bring to the school. All the local school systems accept this document and will permit children to attend until the date indicated on the slip.

Physical Therapy Department wants you to continue any treatment you were having prior to PCSing. Once you have in processed, make an appointment with your Primary Care Manager and he/she will enter a physical therapy referral. In 2-3 business days, call 1-866-LEE-KAHC (533-5242)
to schedule your appointment.
