Due to work volume, phone inquiries to our staff in Casablanca will be accepted Monday through Friday between 2 pm and 4 pm at (+212) 0661-99-59-46 for all non-immigrant visa questions, and at (+212) 0661-99-83-64 for all immigrant visa questions. Staff in Casablanca can speak with you in English, French, or Arabic.
During Ramadan, phone hours will be from 12.00pm to 1.30pm
Passport pickup will also change to 12.00pm. Interviews for Official and Diplomatic Passport holders will be at 12.30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
* All interviews are by appointment only, and no interviews are granted on U.S. and Moroccan holidays.
** There can be delays in the processing and issuing of visas. The Consulate strongly recommends that applicants take into account the possiblities of delays when making their travel plans.
