Adult Passport Applicants (16 years and older) -
First Time Passport (use form DS-11) -
Book – the total fee is $135 USD
Card – the total fee is $55
*If applying for both documents at the same time the total fee is $165 USD
Renewal of Passport (use form DS-82) –
Book – the total fee is $110 USD
Card – total fee is $30 USD
All Minor Passport Applicants (15 years and younger) -
Note: All minors must apply in person and use form DS-11 regardless if they’ve previously had a passport.
Book - the total fee is $105 USD
Card – the total fee is $40 USD
If applying for both documents at the same time the total fee is $120 USD
Adding Pages to Passport –
