People can now get weather updates on the go by accessing the National Weather Service’s (NWS) mobile website. NWS mobile website users can access storm warnings, regional radar, tidal forecasts and other local weather details. It is the agency’s mission to provide this information:

The National Weather Service (NWS) provides weather, hydrologic, and climate forecasts and warnings for the United States, its territories, adjacent waters and ocean areas, for the protection of life and property and the enhancement of the national economy.
