SUPPORTING THE FORCES
DIRECTOR, FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM
UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS

The Marine Corps Food Service Program continues to blaze the trail for supporting the operating forces. The fielding of the Field Food Service System is complete and we are leaning forward in providing additional Field Food Service Capabilities. These capabilities include the replacement program for the aging Airtronic burners, testing of the Enhanced Tray Ration Heating System, and development of an intermediate feeding platform. Additional advancements include the fielding of the Updated MCFMIS (Windows Based) and the future roll out of the revised QASP (Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan). These initiatives continue to keep our community current and lay the ground work for the future of our Corps. Semper Fidelis.
