Training Effectiveness Toolkit

The Training Effectiveness Toolkit merges all of DCoE's previous training program guidance products into one, comprehensive training resource. This new and improved toolkit now includes a Training Effectiveness document that provides the foundational explanation of training theory and strategy incorporating the industry-standard Assess, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) training development model, highly recognized within the training community. All previous training products are now organized into modules following the ADDIE model to help training and educational professionals access specific resources of interest.
