The Family Medicine Clinic strives to provide beneficiaries with timely, efficient, quality care in a patient-centered, safe environment. Within the Clinic we have 2 Patient Centered Care Teams: The James Team and The York Team. These teams are comprised of your Primary Care Manager (PCM), Nurses, Medics, and Certified Nursing Assistants, who are available to provide education and care coordination for all of your health care needs. This team is supplemented by Behavioral Health Providers, Pharmacists and Nurse Case Managers.

Appointments for the Family Medicine Clinic are by appointment only. Your appointment is with your care team. Each team member will be assisting in your Health needs. No walk-ins, no sick call, or emergency care available. Appointments can be scheduled through the Kenner Army Health Clinic Patient Appointment Line by calling 1-866-LEE-KAHC (866-533-5242) or by self-appointment at www.TRICAREONLINE.com The Family Medicine Clinic hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with extended hours from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The clinic is closed on weekends and all federal holidays.

- Pregnancy Test: Monday - Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
- Depo-Provera Injections: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 / 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Immunizations: Monday - Friday 7:15 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. / 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. For medication refills, please make a telephone consult and your team nurse will call you when medicaiton is available. Please allow 72 hours for the medication to be refilled.
As a reminder, please do not be a no-show in the Family Medicine Clinic. If unable to keep your appointment, please call the Appointment Line (1-866-LEE-KAHC) 1-866-533-5242 to cancel.
To prepare for your visit please bring medication list/or prescription bottles, any paperwork that needs to be completed and Insurance Verification Card (DD 2569) when coming for an appointment in the Family Medicine Clinic.
