Information Resource Center (IRC)
General Information
The Information Resource Center (IRC) is an integral part of the Public Affairs Section of U.S. Embassy in Kazakhstan. The IRC offers information about American political, social, and cultural life. Researchers and professionals can visit the IRC and use the latest in reference collection and Internet technology to locate specific documents and find answers to questions about U.S. government and institutions, legislative developments, foreign and domestic policies, and social, economic, political, and security issues.
