TRICARE Prime enrollment is mandatory for all Active Duty Service Members who are permanently assigned to Fort Sill. If you do not complete your enrollment while in-processing you can come to the TRICARE Service Center located in the hospital near the South entrance for questions/enrollment. Once enrolled, you will be assigned a Primary Care Manager (PCM) who will manage all your healthcare needs. Based on your unit assignment, your assigned PCM will be located in one of four clinics: Fires Center Clinic, Family Medical Home (by Team) or Internal Medicine Clinic. Please call the Primary Care Call Center (PCCC) 558-2000 or access TRICARE Online at www.tricareonline.com for an appointment with your PCM.

All Active Duty Service Members, regardless of enrollment status, are Reynolds' number one priority. Sick Call in the traditional sense, where everyone reports at the same time and waits their turn to be seen, is discouraged in large part. In some cases, such as with the Initial Entry Training (lET), Advanced Individual Training (AIT), and Mobilizing populations, the traditional sick call models have been maintained due to multiple variables. Sick Call is designed for acute health care needs. The Reynolds Army Community Hospital (RACH) Emergency Room is not the appropriate location to seek treatment for non-urgent or non-emergent care.

Active Duty Service Members have different options for primary care healthcare services based on their unit assignment and status. For example, a permanent party service member seeks primary healthcare services differently than an IET service member. Health Care locations are explained below and also listed on the sick call chart. All healthcare locations provide comprehensive medical care and focus on:

• Acute problems
• Routine care
• Preventive health Services
• Women’s health services
• Periodic/special physicals for active-duty

Health Care Locations:

a. Fires Center Clinic, RACH. This clinic provides healthcare to Soldiers assigned to the 75th Fires Brigade, 214th Fires Brigade, and the 31st ADA Brigade. This clinic (located within the main hospital) is primarily staffed and operated by organic medical assets assigned to those organizations. The Fires Center Clinic (FCC) operates sick call based on the Soldier Centered Care model, a collaboration of sick-call, triage, and appointment based systems. Soldiers with ACUTE medical needs will report to their designated unit aid stations for Sick Call screening/triage at 0530 on duty days. Soldiers triaged as RED will report to the FCC immediately and those triaged at AMBER report at 0800. Soldiers with non-acute care needs or with routine medical problems will call RACH Central Appointments at 558-2000 or use TOL (www.tricareonline.com) to schedule an appointment with the FCC.

b. Family Medical Home and Internal Medicine Clinics, RACH. These clinics provide healthcare to all branches (USA, USMC, USAF, USN, USCG) of Service Members who are PERMANENT PARTY on Ft. Sill to a Fires Brigade unit. These clinics also provide care to all INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS, all OFFICER STUDENTS, and non-permanent party attending WlC, BNCOC, or ANCOC. Service members can be seen by their Primary Care Managers by calling 558-2000 to schedule a same-day appointment. If no appointments are available, a Telephone Consult will be generated and a nurse will contact you, normally within 24 hours. Appointments can also be made with your Primary Care Manager by using TRICARE Online (www.tricareonline.com) up to 24 hours in advance.

c. TMC #1, BLDG 2913. This clinic provides healthcare to STUDENTS assigned to the 428th Brigade (AIT enlisted students), 6th ADA Brigade ( AIT enlisted Students), Marine Corp (enlisted students), and transient BOLC, CCC, & WOC (officer students). This clinic also provides healthcare for non-permanent party Service members who are either mobilizing or demobilizing and normally includes USAR and NG Soldiers, including those here for two-week Active Duty Training or Drills. The TMC does not treat permanent party personnel in support of these missions, only the students. Sign-in is conducted on a walk-in basis from 0700-0800 and 1230-1330, Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Federal/Training Holiday sick call for this student population is conducted at the Bleak Troop Medical Clinic (TMC). Sign-in for Saturday and Federal/Training Holidays will be conducted from 0700-0800.

d. Bleak Troop Medical Clinic (TMC #2), Bldg 6039. This clinic provides healthcare to STUDENTS assigned to the 434th Brigade (except International students who are appointed a Primary Care Manager at the main hospital). In general, this TMC provides basic trainee/student sick call for all Initial Entry Trainees (IET). The TMC does not treat permanent party personnel in support of these missions, only the students. Sign-in is conducted on a walk-in basis from 0630-0830 and 1230-1430, Monday thru Friday. Sign-in for Saturday and Federal/Training Holidays will be conducted from 0700-0800.

e. Weekend (Saturday and Federal/Training Holidays) Care: Bleak Troop Medical Clinic (TMC #2), Bldg 6039. All Service members (regardless of organization), will be seen at the Bleak TMC (Ph 442-5566/2268; Bldg 6039 next to Gunners Inn) for Saturday and Federal/Training Holiday sick call, with the exception of Thanksgiving federal holiday, and the Christmas & New Year’s combined federal/training holiday periods, when the TMC will be closed. Sign-in hours are from 0700-0800 hours. Refer to "Emergency Room, RACH" below for Sunday treatment.

f. Pregnant Soldier Sick Call. Pregnant Soldiers with non-pregnancy related health care concerns (i.e. foot pain, knee pain, sore throat, upper respiratory infection, etc.) should refer to page six of their purple colored Pregnancy and Childbirth Guide (issued during the first appointment with OB Clinic) before calling 558-2000 for an appointment with their Primary Care Manager. Soldiers experiencing medical problems related to the pregnancy (i.e. bleeding, cramping) who are less than 20 weeks into their pregnancy may call the OB-GYN clinic (558¬2276) to speak to a triage nurse or may report to the Emergency Room. Soldiers pregnant greater than 20 weeks experiencing medical problems related to the pregnancy may call the OB-GYN clinic to speak to a triage nurse or report to Labor & Delivery on the 3rd floor of the hospital to be checked by the on-call provider.

g. Emergency Room, RACH. Attempting to use the Emergency Room in lieu of the appropriate sick call location creates significant resource challenges, resulting in delays and increased patient wait times. The Emergency Room is for emergent or urgent medical care only. When in doubt, report to the Emergency Room and you will be triaged. Due to the nature of Emergency Medicine and the triage process, your wait in the ER could be significant. You may be instructed to call for an appointment or use your appointed place for sick call if your illness or injury is not deemed emergent or urgent.
