Permission for any use is granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Postal Service.
Uses NOT Approved Through Rights and Permissions
Use of trademarks by USPS Contractors and Suppliers who wish to show affiliation with the Postal Service™.
Use of trademarks and copyrighted images by companies who wish to produce products that will be offered for resale to the Postal Service.

Vendors that are approved through that program are provided USPS branding rights and signage.
