CAST "is a web-based nitrogen, phosphorus and sediment load estimator tool that streamlines environmental planning. Users specify the Best Management Practices (BMPs) and their location. CAST builds the scenario and provides estimates of nitrogen, phosphorus, and sediment load reductions."
