Support to Camp/Station Billeting

  • Oversee the entire billeting operations
  • Provide technical direction, coordination, and assistance
  • Provide Bachelor Quarters (BQs) management training for uniformity of operations island-wide
  • Conduct BQs management inspections
  • Project coordination
  • Process and monitor reimbursable tenants and requests to reside off-base
  • Conduit to Marine Forces Pacific (MarForPac) and Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC)

MFH Liason

The Air Force is the executive agent for MFH

  • Housing is assigned on a first come, first served basis
  • No set aside percentage of housing for Marines or any other service
  • Civilians in MHF
    • 5-year occupancy limit; re-apply after 2 years off-base
  • Exception to Policy Requests
    • Routed through the member's chain of command and to AC/S, FE
    • Chief of Staff, MCB, Camp S. D. Butler, reviewing official for USMC and attached US Navy personnel


    MFH on Okinawa

    Liaison between the Marine Corps and the Air Force to provide specialized family housing assistance to Marine families on Okinawa.

    Source of information, to include Temporary Lodging Allowance (TLA), to newly arrived families.
