I would like any training lesson plan or video that features de-escalation skills for correctional officers.

 Not only de-escalation skills to use on inmates to control inmate behavior.... but also skills to use on themselves when confronted with verbal provokation from inmates.

Please use the "Training Materials" shared folder to share files unless the information is private or sensitive instead of email.  This will help with all the "me too" requests.Smile 

You can also attach file to your posts, but putting them in the shared files area helps us build a knowledgebase of material.
