The JTCC Branch provides operational and electronic maintenance support to the Joint Interoperability Test Command, Washington Operations Division, Indian Head, Maryland. The JITC testbed facilities at Indian Head require levels of engineering, maintenance, cable grooming and logistics support consistent with providing on-demand customer support to a variety of testbed users. In support of the Defense Information Systems Agency's mission to provide integration testing and implementation, JTCC provides electronics maintenance support in the following areas:
- Testbed design and engineering
- Organizational level preventive and corrective maintenance on computer based systems
- System hardware checkouts and maintenance during test and acceptance of automated communications systems
- Technical support to local and remote sites
- Cable wiring documentation/site drawings creation and maintenance
- Configuration management of testbed systems
