CAP Travel Voucher Excel Calendar year 2013

This form must be filled out for all travel reimbursements. Members have their choice of using a per-diem reimbursement or submitting receipts for actual meal expense. The proper per-diem amount for the city or cities you are visiting may be found at http://www.gsa.gov/portal/category/21287. You may include up to two different locations on one form. If you visit more than two locations, you must use multiple forms. The form is automated and it is important to fill out every block in the order they appear – use the tab key to move from block to block. Submit completed forms to the Wing Administrator at Wing HQ via email.

Note: If the program does not run, it is because the security level is set too high in your copy of Excel. Open the Excel program, click the Tools menu at the top, and then click Macros. If you don’t see Macros, click the double arrow at the bottom of the Tools menu and more choices will appear. After clicking Macros, click Security. Now you will see some radio buttons, and “high” will probably be checked. Change this to medium. This does not lower your actual security – it just allows you to choose each time whether to allow a macro to run or not.
