Service Desk

This is where you formally make a request for tech services. These may include:

  • Troubleshooting
  • Adding hardware such as a printer
  • New equipment installation

The IT Service Desk is available via DSN phone Monday thru Friday from 6:00-18:00 hrs.

Once you have created an account, this is where you can make a request for software to be installed on your work station(s). ALL software installation requests begin here. Once you make the request, a Service Desk ticket will be generated and assigned to a technician. Afterwards, The the software will either be installed locally at the computer or "pushed" over the network.

This site can only be accesses from a school computer that is behind the firewall.
