Distribution Policy

The Publications Catalog is HEC's library of publications that document its computer programs, hydrologic engineering and planning analysis procedures, project studies, and seminars.

These publications are printed to support Corps field offices and the Center's training program. HEC makes these documents available through NTIS (See Distribution Policy). A limited number of these are available on our web site for printing (See Publications to Download).

Official publications of the Corps of Engineers, such as Engineer Regulations (ER) and Engineer Manuals (EM) etc., can be obtained from the US Army Corps of Engineers Publications of the Headquarters web site.
