Follow these easy steps to enroll with the Pre-Employment Screening Program:

1. Download the appropriate PSP enrollment agreement (PDF)
2. Follow the instructions found on page 1.

Or, if you plan to access records through a pre-employment screening provider, please contact that company’s representative for instructions on how to participate.

Once enrolled, an account holder will receive user credentials for the PSP online service.  Please allow up to two weeks for enrollment documents to be processed.  An account holder may withdraw from the PSP program at any time.  If no PSP purchase has been made, the subscription fee will be refunded in full.
