Support Services
We offer support services to the Fort Devens staff and tenant units physically located within the Fort Devens. Our services include the following.
COPIER SUPPORT: We can provide leased Ricoh copiers with complete service and maintenance coverage. Toner supplies are included in the basic minimum monthly cost. Various copier models are available based on average monthly usage.
FORMS AND PUBLICATIONS: We operate the installation publication stockroom. We maintain supply accounts with the U.S. Army Publication Agency (USAPA), U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC), U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM), and our parent installation, Fort Dix, N.J. We can order forms and publications from any of these sources. We are also the publisher and supplier of all local Fort Devens command publication and forms.
Fort Devens PHONE BOOK: We update, publish and distribute the Fort Devens Phone Book which provides contact information for the Fort Devens Staff and Tenants.

DEFENSE AUTOMATED PRINTING SERVICE (DAPS) LIAISON: The DAPS runs a copy service operation on nearby Hanscom Air Force Base. We maintain a service account for the Fort Devens staff and can help tenant units set up their own service accounts.
RECORDS MANAGEMENT; W e can help with technical advice on records management. We do not operate a records storage facility, but the nearby National Archives and Records Administration Facility in Waltham, Mass. can provide temporary storage space for records which will be kept for more than two years.
