Training for Collaborations / Noncustodial Parent Services

We believe that the welfare of the child is best served by having a relationship with both parents. Noncustodial parents may use our services to:

• Establish paternity.
  
• Establish wage withholding.
  
• Request review and modification of support orders if circumstances change.
  
• Access the Federal Parent Locator Service if a child has been hidden in violation of a custody or visitation order.
  
• Take advantage of State-funded programs to support and facilitate noncustodial parents’ access to visitation of their children, as mandated by Congress.
