SGT Ian Knight also known as "SLIQ" was born in Minot, North Dakota but spent most of his life in Elm City, North Carolina. He Joined the Army in search of opportunities that dealt with electronics. As a child he was notorious for breaking things and trying to fix them so enlisting as a 25R, visual information equipment operator-maintainer,   was a perfect match. He enjoys the company of friends and family. SGT Knight expects to learn as much as possible from the best technicians in the world at AFN Bavaria.
