Telephone Linked Care 

The Tele-Triage Nurse takes veterans calls including:

  • Calls about symptoms of illness or injury

  • X-ray prep instructions

  • Medication questions and requests for renewals

  • Reporting patients self-monitoring of blood pressure or blood sugar to PCP doctor.

  • Requests for lab or x-ray results

Please call 1-(800) 472-1365, Ext. 5678 (service area only) or (432) 263-7361, Ext. 5678 to speak with a Tele-Triage Nurse.

 

Scheduling Appointments:  Scheduling clerks will assist with all appointment management needs.  If a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, the veteran may either call scheduling or their respective clinic between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  Rescheduling of appointments will need to take place during regular working hours, and Scheduling Clerks will contact the patient to coordinate a new appointment.  Please call 1(800) 472-1365, Ext. 5692 (service area only) or (432) 263-7361, Ext. 5692 to speak with a Scheduling Clerk.
