Master Sgt. Roy Hart has been selected as the Thomas Barnes’ Outstanding Crew Chief of the Year, and Senior Airman Jake Yakes as the General Leo Marquez Outstanding Maintenance Technician of the Year.

908ths Planes

The tail flashes of the 908th Airlift Wing's one-time fleet of eight C-130 Hercules aircraft adorn the Maxwell flightline. Last year, one allocated to Little Rock for pilot training. A recent Air Force announcement stated that 65 older C-130s, including the 908th's H models, would be retired as part of a force-restructuring plan.
