The DA Photo Lab in Springfield is one of two official Army authorized
photo facilities in the state.
The lab produces the following DA Photos for packets as needed:
(Per
AR 640-30
only E6 and above are authorized to have official DA Photos taken and
uploaded to their iPerms. E5 and below are authorized a DA photo, but
will not be uploaded to iPerms.)
Command photos are also available.
Please refer to
AR670-1 and
AR600-8-22
for the proper wear of the uniform and all military awards. The Soldier
is directly responsible for awards being correct and up to date based on
the individuals 2-1.
All DA Photo requests must be submitted through the Visual Information
Ordering Site at
