WAMC Formulary

Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) Formulary is a list of medications available for dispensing.  Our formulary is updated semiannually.  To determine if we stock your medication at our pharmacies, you may request a copy of the WAMC formulary at any of our pharmacies or you may download a copy here.
