Please make an online appointment using the link below before visiting our American Citizen Services Unit (ACS).  Our appointment system allows our clients to plan their visit in advance, ensures shorter wait times, and allows more efficient handling of individual cases.

An appointment slot is for one passport application only.  If you need to submit passport applications for more than one person in your family, you need to schedule more than one appointment on the same day.  There is no charge for making or canceling an appointment.  You may cancel your appointment by selecting the links above, or contacting us by e-mail.

Visa Inquiries:  U.S. Consulate Adana does not process visas.  The ACS Unit in Adana will not respond to queries about Immigrant and Non-Immigrant visas.  All visa applications are handled by the U.S. Embassy in Ankara or the U.S. Consulate General in Istanbul.  For information about their visa services, please submit your inquiries with the following online forms on U.S. Embassy Ankara's and U.S. Consulate General Istanbul's websites:
