LLNL Ready-to-Sign (RTS) Licensing Program

The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory’s (LLNL) Ready-to-Sign (RTS) Licensing Program provides a fast-track process by which technology companies and other commercial partners may license patented technologies developed at LLNL in an expedient manner.

Under this new program LLNL is prepared to provide non-exclusive patent licenses of pre-selected LLNL-developed technologies with pre-approved favorable licensing terms in a shortened license agreement. The favorable licensing terms included in the RTS License Agreement apply ONLY if negotiation is not required. For other licensable technologies not available under this program, please contact IPO.

Any party interested in licensing a technology available under the RTS Licensing Program should follow the licensing instructions provided for completing and submitting the RTS License Agreement and other required forms. Commercialization information is also required and subject to approval by Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC (LLNS) for consideration of a RTS License Agreement.
