MISSION
Develop Marine Corps Second Destination Transportation (SDT) policy and budget to include the entire Programming,
Planning, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) of this $.5B program.
Execute funding of the movement of all USMC owned equipment and material worldwide and assignment of Transportation Account Codes (TAC) and TAC Utilization Policy, Marine Corps Air Clearance Authority, Marine Corps PowerTrack Management and commercial carrier freight payment processes.
Integrate SDT requirements for the Marine Corps into a comprehensive program to include all projected costs, TAC requirements, billing, payment for services to DLA, USTRANSCOM and commercial carriers.
