NPS Pacific West Specifications
This document is a guideline to assist National Park Service and Federal Highway Administration staff to develop Special Contract Requirements for road and bridge construction projects in Pacific Northwest National Parks. The following requirements supplement the Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Projects (FP-03). They should also be used in conjunction with Western Federal Lands Highway Divisions Library of Specifications.
