Project Title: Advancing Laser Technology for Threat and Materials Analysis
Background Required:
Physics, chemistry, materials science, mechanical engineering. Knowledge of atomic spectroscopy, plasmas, lasers, and optics, as well as signal processing/chemometric techniques (e.g. PCA, PLS-DA) would be particularly helpful to make this a productive experience.
