The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) appreciates your commitment and service during the Operations Enduring, Iraqi Freedom and/or New Dawn (OEF/OIF/OND).  We acknowledge the sacrifice you and your family made to secure our values. We are truly grateful for your service and your great contribution will not be forgotten.  The OEF/OIF/OND Transition team Welcomes You home and is here to help you navigate through our VA system.
Our OEF/OIF/OND Transition program provides assistance and case management services to returning veterans to assure that the care and services provided to our newest veterans are coordinated, integrated, monitored and tracked.

VA provides enhanced enrollment opportunity and five years of cost-free health care to veterans who served in a theater of combat operations, for any injury or illness associated with this service
We encourage you to enroll for VA health care now whether you need health care services or not. VA clinicians are especially trained to evaluate combat-related illness or injuries and health concerns.
Applying for enrollment is as easy as completing VA form 1010-EZ, Application for Health benefits at any of our facilities, via internet (www.va.gov ) or at any of our outreach events.
