Understanding cyber challenges

Twenty Fourth Air Force (24th AF) and the Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency (AFISRA) will host an Industry Day conference Aug. 7-8 in San Antonio, Texas.

The objective of this event is for 24th AF, partnering with AFISRA and Electronic Systems Center, to update industry on the many ongoing changes and to provide a single, consolidated source for information on the organizations' future direction and areas of interest - to answer questions and provide a common understanding of cyber challenges.

The Aug. 7 session will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown San Antonio and will focus on the evolution of the cyber acquisition process and the Air Force's network operations and defense. AFISRA will host the classified half-day session Aug. 8 at Lackland Air Force Base, focusing on the defensive challenges and other full spectrum requirements.
Industry attendance will be limited to no more than three persons per company. Seating is limited to 300 attendees; registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis.

Each conference attendee must provide the following information to the conference organizational box, 24af.industryday@us.af.mil: Attendee's full name, social security number, company full name, mailing address, telephone number, unclassified e-mail address (to provide registration confirmation), date of birth, and driver's license number/state of issue.
