Driving Directions Southern Oregon - White City Rehabilitation Center & Clinics (SORCC) | 8495 Crater Lake Highway, White City, OR 97503 | (541) 826-2111 From Medford (from the South) Take the Crater Lake turn off onto Highway 62 (Crater Lake Highway) from Interstate 5, approximately 7 miles (north). Highway signage will direct you to the facility. From Klamath Falls (from the East) If traveling on Highway 140 from Klamath Falls, follow Highway 140 to its end at Highway 62 in White City. Turn right at the light and travel approximately one (1) mile to the VA facility.
