CWPPRA provides funding for Louisiana’s coastal restoration. The Coastal Wetlands
Planning, Protection and Restoration Act, (CWPPRA pronounced kwǐp-ruh), is
federal legislation enacted in 1990 that is designed to identify, prepare, and fund
