Marines, Spouses, Children and Friends,
My name is Captain Edward Miller and I am the new Commanding Officer of Truck Company. It is my sincerest and most heartfelt honor to be able to assume command of a unit such as this with the caliber of Marines I have worked with thus far.
I came to Headquarters Battalion in October of 2012 after serving two and a half years as the 2d Reconnaissance Battalion Logistics Officer. After having spent so much of my career working as a staff officer within 2d Marine Logistics Group and 2d Marine Division, it is a privilege to lead a unit with such fine Marines as those of Truck Company.
Please know that I am here to serve the Marines and families of Truck Company however possible. If there is ever anything I can do to improve your ability to do your job, provide for your families and enjoy your life and time in the Marine Corps, I will be glad to do so.
I look forward to continued service alongside you all.
