Job Description
  Basic Purpose
  To conceptualize, design, develop, implement, and document computer software systems for data collection, modeling, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include planning, design, and development of APEX, dot net, and Cold Fusion applications. The primary role will be software application development with an emphasis on Oracle APEX and JavaScript targeting web based, Oracle database driven applications.
   
  Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1. Considerable knowledge of web application development targeting Cold Fusion J2EE servers. 2. Considerable knowledge of application scripting in .net and MS Office runtime environments. 3. Considerable knowledge of analysis oriented database query development and maintenance. 4. Considerable knowledge of object based development in HTMLdb (Oracle Application Express).
  Good
1. Good skill at organizing project tasks and coordinating the completion of high-priority technical products within budget and time constraints. 4. Good skill in oral and written communication.

Ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" security clearance.
