Central Issue Facility (CIF)
The Area III Central Issue Facility’s (CIF’s) mission is to support both military operations and military operations other than war by providing Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) to Soldiers, Civilians, and Family Members stationed in Area III. They accomplish this using the automated data processing equipment–Central Issue Facility- Installation Support Module, (CIF-ISM).
