The two wrap-up case studies that conclude the mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI) web-based series are available for health care providers. Case studies 11 and 12, “Mild Traumatic Brain Injury: Putting it all Together Part 1” and “Mild Traumatic Brain Injury: Putting it all Together Part 2,” test knowledge of lessons learned in prior studies.

The series uses real patient vignettes to assist health care professionals in understanding mTBI and includes screening, diagnosing and managing patient symptoms in the non-deployed setting. Among the topics addressed are managing hearing and vision problems following mTBI, returning to duty or activity after mTBI and assessing and managing fatigue and sleep dysfunction.
