United States President Barack Obama visited Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan to greet Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines on the anniversary of the death of Al Qaeda leader, Osama Bin Laden. President Obama told the crowd that he is proud of them and that many of the positive events in Afghanistan occurred in part because of all the U.S. armed services have done. Minnesota aircraft delivers aid to Pakistan

The United States provided humanitarian relief to Pakistan shortly after July 29, 2010 flooding left hundreds reported dead and hundreds of thousands homeless. The first American military aircraft to fly into Pakistan with assistance was from the Minnesota Air National Guard.
