The Office of Customer Accounts and Research (CAR) is responsible for coordinating strategic national account teams. The national account teams support agencies by providing a wide range of information about the acquisition vehicles and solutions that Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) offers.
CAR performs customer outreach activities, performs brand management, and develops customer-oriented materials. CAR gathers customer intelligence and shares this intelligence throughout GSA to help develop and offer customers focused solutions.
