Do you need to go to the United States to carry out cross-border business, including trade in services or technology, or to develop and direct the operations of an enterprise in which your organization has invested or will invest? Then the E1 Treaty Trader or E2 Treaty Investor Nonimmigrant Visa category may be an option for you.
Scott Feeken, Nonimmigrant Visa Unit Chief at the U.S. Consulate General in Toronto, will provide an overview of the U.S. E1 or E2 Treaty Trader or Treaty Investor Nonimmigrant Visa program. Additionally, Mr. David Weiner, Senior Trade Commissioner at the Canadian Consulate General in Detroit, will highlight of the importance of Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky for cross-border trade and investment.
